About North Rise Cafe

North Rise Cafe is an independent coffee bar rooted in seasonal beans, small-batch roasting partners, and pastries baked fresh every morning. We build our menu around single-origin coffees, thoughtful sourcing, and a rotating bake that pairs with what’s in season.

We created this site to share menu updates, spotlight our baristas’ favourite brews, and keep neighbours in the loop about what’s happening at the cafe. Beyond the bar, we host open-mic nights, cupping sessions, and maker pop-ups to keep the space lively and welcoming.

Community support matters to us: we prioritize local suppliers, donate surplus pastry to nearby mutual aid fridges, and collaborate with neighbourhood groups for fundraisers and volunteer drives. If you have a local project that could use a boost, let us know.
